Hiring for Automation Tester - 4+ YOE

We are looking for a motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team and help ensure high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will learn how to build automated tests using Python, contribute to scalable testing practices, and explore how AI can improve test coverage and efficiency. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and QA professionals, gaining hands-on experience in modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven quality strategies.

Key Responsibilities Test Automation
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using Python under guidance from senior team members
  • Contribute to test cases for APIs, AI providers, backend services, and end-to-end scenarios
  • Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist in maintaining and improving existing test frameworks Quality Assurance
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate new features and bug fixes
  • Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and effectively
  • Participate in code reviews and testing discussions
  • Learn and apply best practices in software quality and testing AI-Assisted Testing
  • Support initiatives to expand test coverage using AI tools
  • Help experiment with AI-based test generation and analysis tools
  • Learn how AI can be used to identify gaps in test coverage and improve efficiency Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
  • Actively learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your skills

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming
  • Understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automated)
  • Familiarity with version control (Git)
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in QA automation Nice to Have
  • Exposure to testing tools like PyTest, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST) and how to test them
  • Basic Linux experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts
  • Interest in AI/ML or curiosity about how AI can be applied to testing
