The Most sought after question, Since the job opening for every entry level is becoming more less and less everyday i thought of sharing this everyone who is hoping to get into tech jobs in 2026. 1. Do projects/ internships where you learned the most important thing not the skill but the ability to learning anything fastly. 2. Showcase your projects make them live if possible or provide proof of work which signals the recruiter that's you have made somethings that is visible not just in your resume. 3. Build connection and engage with your skilled people so you both will have something in common to talk about and build a connection and maybe even provide an opporunity. 4. Instead of randomly applying we can focus on the start up of india and focus there because they don't usually have budget or resource barrier if the person seems a fast learner and also have done some work then they will easily hire you. Hope it gives you some clarity as well.
