2. Fraudulent Mail and Reporting

  • In case you receive fraudulent emails or communication from companies claiming to represent Grid or any other fake companies, report such incidents immediately.

3. Support System for Users and Companies

4. Verification and Onboarding of Company Users

4.1 Employer Registration:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Company Name
  • Designation within the Company
  • Other documents required for KYC

4.2 KYC Documentation:

  • Bank Account Number
  • Credit/Debit Card Number
  • UPI ID
  • Other information for identity verification

9. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made on Grid Career App are governed by our . Please review it carefully before making any payments.

Important: All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once payment is processed.

10. Service Booking & Session Management

10.1 Booking Process:

  • Juniors (users) must have sufficient credits to book sessions with Seniors (service providers)
  • Bookings are only confirmed when the Senior accepts the session request
  • Upon confirmation, a unique Zoom link will be provided for the session
  • Both parties must join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time

10.2 Credit System:

  • Credits are the exclusive currency for booking sessions on our platform
  • Credits can be purchased through our payment gateway
  • All credit transactions are final and non-refundable
  • Credits expire after 365 days from purchase date

10.3 Session Attendance & Credit Distribution:

Attendance Scenarios:

Scenario A: Both parties join
  • Senior receives 90% of session credits (after 10% platform commission)
  • Session is marked as completed
  • Both parties can provide feedback within 24 hours
Scenario B: Senior joins, Junior doesn't join
  • Senior receives 50% of session credits for time commitment
  • Junior loses all credits for that session
  • Junior can dispute within 6 hours with valid proof
Scenario C: Junior joins, Senior doesn't join
  • Senior receives NO credits
  • Junior gets 100% credit refund
  • Senior's rating may be affected
Scenario D: Neither party joins
  • Senior receives 90% of credits (after 10% platform commission)
  • Junior loses all credits
  • No-show penalties may apply to both accounts

11. Payout & Withdrawal System

11.1 Bank Account Registration:

  • Seniors must register valid bank settlement account details for payouts
  • We use military-grade encryption (AES-256) for all financial data
  • Your account details are NEVER stored in plain text
  • All sensitive information is hashed and tokenized for maximum security
  • Privacy and data protection are our top priorities

11.2 Withdrawal Rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal threshold: 1,000 credits
  • Withdrawals can be requested anytime after reaching minimum balance
  • Standard processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Platform commission of 10% applies to all earned credits
  • Transaction fees may apply based on your bank and location

11.3 Credit Conversion:

  • 1 Credit = ₹1 (or equivalent in local currency)
  • Conversion rates are fixed and non-negotiable
  • Platform may adjust conversion rates with 30 days notice

12. Dispute Resolution & Misconduct

⚠️ Important Notice:

All users must behave professionally and respectfully during sessions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

12.1 Raising a Dispute:

  • Disputes must be raised within 6 hours of session completion
  • Email all disputes to: [email protected]
  • Mandatory: Attach valid proof (screenshots, recordings, etc.)
  • Disputes without proof will not be entertained
  • False disputes may result in account penalties

12.2 Dispute Resolution Timeline:

  • Initial acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Standard resolution time: 48 hours
  • During high traffic periods: Maximum 78 hours
  • Complex cases may require additional time
  • You will be notified at every stage of the resolution process

12.3 Types of Disputes We Handle:

  • Session quality issues
  • Technical problems (Zoom link failures, audio/video issues)
  • No-show or late attendance
  • Professional misconduct
  • Payment and credit discrepancies
  • Privacy violations

12.4 Dispute Settlement:

  • All credit settlements are processed ONLY through our support agents
  • No direct credit transfers between users are allowed
  • Final decisions by Grid Career support team are binding
  • Users can appeal decisions within 7 days with additional evidence

No fee for standard withdrawals

  • Commission is deducted before credits are added to Senior's balance
  • Commission rates may change with 30 days prior notice
  • All fees are clearly displayed before session booking
  • Taxes may apply based on your country of residence

14. Professional Code of Conduct

For Seniors (Service Providers):

  • Maintain professional expertise in your domain
  • Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
  • Join sessions on time and be prepared
  • Provide accurate and helpful guidance
  • Respect user privacy and confidentiality
  • No solicitation of direct payments outside platform

For Juniors (Users):

  • Book sessions with clear objectives
  • Join sessions on time
  • Respect the Senior's time and expertise
  • Provide honest feedback after sessions
  • No harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Use platform features as intended

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy:

Any violation of the code of conduct may result in:
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Forfeiture of earned credits
  • Legal action in severe cases
