Job Description: We are looking for a Senior SAP OTC Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and Customer Service modules is required. Expertise in end-to-end OTC cycle including order management, pricing, billing, and returns. Experience with SAP S/4HANA applications and migration projects is mandatory. Hands-on exposure to Salesforce integration with SAP SD is highly preferred. Ability to work on interface design, IDOCs, APIs, and third-party system integrations. Strong understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis. Experience in full lifecycle implementations and support projects. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Lead requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional specifications. Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployment. Provide production support and continuous process improvement recommendations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and lead discussions.
